1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the [United States] who are [18 years of age or older] at the time of entry. Employees of Flybar, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on April 21st, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 28th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be chosen at random and contacted via Instagram DM within 3 days of giveaway close. The selected winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner will be selected.

Flybar is not responsible for incorrect contact info or failure to respond in time.

6. Shipping

Prize will be shipped free of charge to a U.S. address only. Flybar is not responsible for any delays, lost shipments, or customs issues (if international shipping is later allowed).

By entering, participants grant Flybar permission to use their name, likeness, or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
